Services We Provide

Carolina Family Services provides a wide variety of services ranging from pediatric primary care services and behavioral health services.

Our pediatric program offers well-child checks, health screenings (including vision, hearing, and sport physicals), sick visits, immunizations, and newborn and infant health care. For our mental and behavioral health services, we provide outpatient counseling, medication management, school based therapies, and in-home behavioral health therapy.

Outpatient Counseling

Our team of qualified mental health providers can provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and their families in both Greenville and Spartanburg. We can provide both individual and family therapy services to address a wide variety of behavioral, emotional, and relational problems that children and families may face.

Psychiatric Services

Carolina Family Services has one doctor on staff who is here to provide psychiatric assessments and medication management services to children and adolescents that receive our outpatient or in home services.

In Home Services (Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Service)

Our RBHS staff are able to provide families with the help they need to strengthen their relationships, educate and to assure safety in their homes by providing behavioral modification services, family support services, and Psychosocial Rehabilitative Services. Pediatric Primary Care Services

We provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services for infants, children and young adults who opt to select Carolina Family Services as their medical home. Pediatric care services are currently available at our Greenville office only or virtually via telehealth.

Appointments are available Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Our services include: Immunizations, Well Child Exams, Sick Visits, Preventative Care, Hearing/Vision Screenings, Newborn and Infant Health Care, and more!

School Based Program

Our School-Based Treatment Program provides mental health services for students and their families while in school. These services include diagnostic assessments, individual and family counseling, group therapies, crisis/risk assessments, and more.

Our compassionate team of licensed clinicians are trained to provide evidenced based approaches to a wide-array of diagnoses, the neurodivergent, and to Spanish speaking families. Integrated as members of the school team, our clinicians will partner with teachers, school administrators and parents to help students overcome behavioral, emotional, or social problems that interfere with success at school and at home.
